Your year for starting a business? Our team can help with that. Whether you’re thinking of starting a business from scratch, buying a business, or starting a franchise, we can help. There’s a lot of planning that should go into this process. From the legal entity selection and the name of the company, to the marketing plan and the hiring needs. We can help you be strategic with each step of the process.
Your year for getting started on a book? We can help with that too. I just finished getting a book launched. It’s a great feeling to be “done” (you’re never really done. There’s sales, marketing, speaking, etc). But getting started might give you more problems than it should. I wish I would have known then what I do know. I would have saved quite a bit of money, gotten it done faster, and maybe even sold a ton of copies along the way. I’d love to help you along in your journey towards authorship.
Your year for finally getting your business’s finances in order? We do that all the time. Finances can be one of the big problems with businesses, partnerships, relationships, and marriages. Don’t take the “head buried strategy.” Instead, pick up the phone and call us! What do you have to lose? We make the process very easy. We’ll review your financial position, give you practical advice to improve it, and (if you’d like) even take over some of the aspects or oversight that you may be missing. It doesn’t need to be frustrating.
Already in 2019, we’ve sent out over 10 proposals to help people, just like you, reach their business goals. Is 2019 going to be your year?
These companies want help with things like:
– Partnership Opportunities
– Expansion Opportunities
– Financial Realignment
– Operational Improvement
– Dashboard Help
– Structure for Staff
– Succession Discussions
– Revenue Diversity
You see. The difference isn’t that they’re smarter or more equipped than anyone else. The difference is they’ve decided to make 2019 their year. No more excuses. No more waiting. It just took an email, a phone call, or a text. It’s simple. But it does require that first step.
According to this article on Lifehack, some of the top reasons why people don’t reach their goals are because they’re surrounded by other people who don’t reach their goals (you won’t need to worry about that with our team), listening to people who discourage you (again, our team is extremely uplifting and encouraging!), or procrastinating (okay, well, we can’t help you until you contact us.)
Is it just too much going on? This is one of the most common things I hear about. Through our strategic approach, we can help you prioritize and accomplish your projects. It’s okay to do a lot. Heck. Many of our clients are working on a dozen things at a time. But, they take a very strategic approach, are disciplined with their time, set goals, delegate well, and get it done. We’d love to help!
Are you struggling with doubt? Many of our clients just didn’t know where to start or didn’t know how easy it could be to work with our team and make their dreams a reality. Worried about what happens if you fail? Addressing that is a big part of our approach too. We approach our projects with a holistic and realistic viewpoint so this scenario is calculated well in advance.
What’s holding you back from making 2019 your year? I’m curious! Send me a note. I think my next blog article might be about all the lovely excuses that people make and how to overcome them. What do you think?
It’s that easy. Take some time. Write them all down. Make a SMART Action plan and keep it handy so you can remember what you committed to doing.
Want to keep it really simple when running your business? Get back to the basics. That’s the second thing you should be thinking about in 2019. Many entrepreneurs fall into the trap of trying to do too many things and end up not doing a great job at them. Think about: What made you successful at the beginning of your business? What have you delegated to others and how is that going?
Be intentional. That’s the third thing. If you do nothing other than write out your goals, get back to the basics, and be intentional, you’ll have an amazing 2019. Being intentional means don’t be frivolous. Don’t throw away time and efforts without understanding the cost and rewards. Don’t invest in a marketing strategy or tactics without understanding how it fits into your bigger plans.
What are YOU focused on in 2019? What are some of your goals in 2019?
