Strategic Voyages takes a lot of pride in the success of our consulting work. Simply stated, our advice needs to work. We pride ourselves on making sure that our suggestions, strategies, tools, or efforts stick and accomplish the goals our clients have. That’s why we don’t want to provide advice that’s misaligned to their goals, lead them down a path they’ve already tried and failed at, or pontificate about high level, theoretical business processes that aren’t applicable to what our clients really need in a practical manner. To ensure we provide the best consulting possible, we set up all our engagements with a holistic picture of our client’s company and the end result in mind; what our client is ultimately trying to accomplish.
We do this with our first step to all our engagements. We start every new client relationship with a preliminary diagnostic; an SV Analysis. It’s from this tool that we’re able to really dig deep and understand the ins and outs of your business. We’re able to truly see what your business goals are, what you’ve tried, what you’ve done well, what you want to improve upon, and how we might be able to assist.
You might come to us and have cash flow problems. We can certainly help you with this. But, if all we do is help you get financing without asking the next level questions, we might miss out on an opportunity to fix the root cause of your cash flow issues. If we miss this critical step, you might continue to have cash flow problems that Band-Aids are applied to when really, after a few adjustments and policies and procedures, your cash flow could improve dramatically.
Starting the process with Strategic Voyages is as easy as providing your contact info on our Contact Us Page. We’ll reach out with an intro email to gather just a little more pertinent information and then one of our consultants will reach out to schedule an intro call so we can get a preliminary understanding of how we can help. After the intro call, we’ll discuss our SV Analysis and the value of conducting a full diagnostic of your business. Then, the voyage begins.
