Completed Voyages

As a boutique business consulting firm, we don’t take on every possible client that approaches us. We look for those who are willing to make the types of changes necessary to succeed; those who are willing to invest in their future, make an impact, and create a legacy.

Many of our clients fall into one of four different industries; Medical/Healthcare, Construction/Trades, Manufacturing, and Professional Services. However, we work with companies in many other industries too. We also work with companies at any stage of business; Pre-Revenue, Start-Ups, Growth Stage, and Legacy. Our team has a vast knowledge base in each of these different industries and different stages requires as they each require a different approach.

Presenting Issue: Software didn’t support operations, billing company was behind on billing, cashflow was tight, trying to grow practice but running into tons of obstacles.
Process: SV Analysis. Discovered root problems. Needed to fix operations and develop a cash flow process. Found a new billing company that supported a more holistic approach to their technology needs. I developed a systematic process for paying their bills, managing their cash, and paying down their debt.
Result: In 2 years, Reduced debt by over 50%, Increased revenue by 250%

Presenting Issue: Needed financing for his business. Cash Flow Issues. Had a BK in the last 3 years. Hadn’t paid his property taxes on his building in 3 years and was facing seizure from the county.
Process: SV Analysis. Discovered no financial reports were being kept. Helped him secure short term financing. Found him a buyer for his building and his business.
Result: Instead of losing his building, he was able to pass on his company name and walk away from the business with a considerable amount of money.

Process: SV Analysis. Mapped out business processes. Researched other softwares to align to his processes that integrated with quickbooks. Developed a monthly budget and dashboard.
Results: Tripled revenue since 2014. Hired 5 more employees. Paying down debt.

Presenting Issue: Patients complaining that the paperwork isn’t digital. Cash Flow Issues because of billing. The Doctor works 80 hours a week and is unsure if they are profitable.
Process: SV Analysis. Process Mapping for onboarding new patients and servicing existing patients. Found a software that fit their business. Worked with their team to migrate all their old paperwork into the cloud.
Results: Implemented a no cost software that increased billing revenue by 5% due to automation and medicare billing.

Process: SV Analysis and 4 hour strategy session. 4 on-site visits, met with their team and created a functional organizational chart with position guides. Mapped out the flow of information across the software we had. Created a policy and procedure manual for the team to visualize the project management lifecycle.
Results: Software that talks to each other, transparency into financial forecasting and job costing.

Process: SV Analysis. Discover root concerns. Map out steps needed. Added software to business which created a dashboard of KPIs for her to run both companies.
