What does it really mean to be client focused? To the team at Strategic Voyages, it means from the very first time a prospective client or professional contact learns about our company we are dedicated to learning what we can do to help you reach your goals and then making it happen. Whatever goals you have, we’re here to make them become your reality.

How do we do that? It all starts with our SV Analysis. This is the first step in any engagement. It’s how we learn where you want to take your business. Without knowing where you want to go, we can’t help you appropriately get there.

We also make sure that whatever advice we give, whatever policies we implement, or solutions we provide, they have to work. We don’t want to waste anyone’s time, which is why all our consulting work is centered around our clients and their businesses.

Forbes says there are 10 traits of a client focused company. We’d like to think everyone on the Strategic Voyages’ team embodies each of these traits. From the client experience to social conscientiousness, we’re dedicated to ensuring our client’s success.

Innovative tools and solutions is another way we stay client focused. We have the latest and greatest software applications to serve our clients remotely, whenever they need, and with the greatest efficiency. We meet with our clients via video conferencing, conduct a 10 person webinar, create and edit documents live, and even remote into our clients systems, if needed.

What does being client focused not mean? (This is the reality of building businesses and holding people accountable.) We won’t be “yes men”, hired to agree with leaders simply because they’re the leader. If we notice something awry in a business that is detrimental to its success, we’re going to say something. It also means we aren’t enablers; we aren’t going to allow our clients to continue to make the same mistakes time after time without alerting them to their behavior.

Building businesses is hard work. Anyone who has done so will attest to this point. It also takes a team of like minded individuals to create a successful business. We provide all of our clients with a well rounded team of collaborating consultants. That’s our approach. Although you may only interface with one of our consultants, there isn’t just one person working with you. All of our clients get the benefit of having a collaborative and fully thought through approach to all their business’s needs.
